JUDI MCQUEARY - PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Judi is perhaps the kindest and most spirited person you’ll ever meet, but don’t let that fool you. She brings to Corinthian over 30 years of health care experience. She started her journey as a representative for an international pharmaceutical company and after several years moved into home care nursing services. Judi expanded into home infusion care for Caremark International where she was recognized as top General Manager three years in a row. She served as the Director of Marketing for the country’s largest behavioral health company and as the Vice-President of Amedisys, Inc. Now Judi leads the helm at Corinthian to provide the best healthcare experience to those that need it most.

JOLIN MCCLESKY - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
With over twenty years of infusion industry experience, Jolin McCleskey is a walking, talking expert. But we love her most for her spirit and attitude that reminds us why we’re in the healthcare business. Jolin has extensive experience marketing infusion services to physicians, payers and hospitals, as well as having been involved in several successful start-up infusion companies. She has headed up sales and implementation of numerous Physician Ambulatory Infusion Centers, and has long been passionate about IVIG and the treatment of autoimmune diseases.

EVAN LOOMIS - DIRECTOR, CORPORATE STRATEGY
Evan is an entrepreneur, a people guy, and plays a big role in helping Corinthian partner well and grow wisely. Evan previously served as Founder of TreeHouse, a smart home improvement store in Austin, TX. He launched The Wedgwood Circle; a national venture capital and investment group based in Washington, D.C. Evan got his start on Wall Street as an investment banker in the consumer and retail division at Citigroup. He holds a BBA in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.

BUCKY STAGGS, RN - MEDICAL SCIENCE LIASON
With more than 10 years of nursing experience, Bucky is a man who has hands-on experience with patient care. After receiving his BS in Nursing in 1986 Bucky was a nurse and nurse supervisor in hospitals, home care and physician office infusion facilities. In 1999 he earned the Certified Registered Nurse Intravenous designation. Bucky moved into a sales position with a major manufacturer of intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) and became its top sales person nationally.

KIM DAUGHERTY, J.D. - DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT
After ten years as a healthcare attorney, Kim knows how to lay down the law. She began her career as Assistant General Counsel for a Texas-based long-term care company prior to joining Horizon/CMS Healthcare as Legal Counsel during a merger. She then joined CLC Healthcare where she served as General Counsel offering guidance on all aspects of legal compliance including, regulatory; employment relations; insurance procurement and litigation management. Kim leads initiatives to enhance awareness of the Corinthian companies and promote compliance.

SEAN UPP - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
After working five years in the trenches as a military medic, Sean brings a wealth of practical and operational expertise to Corinthian. He previously served as a certified pharmacy technician in the home infusion business and joined Corinthian as a pharmacy technician in the physician office infusion business. He quickly expanded his role to inventory management, purchasing, and negotiations for both home infusion and physician office infusion. Sean has been with Corinthian over ten years.

NANETTE SANDERS - VICE PRESIDENT OF MANAGED CARE
No one knows managed care like Nanette and that’s just one of many reasons we love her. Upon graduation from The University of Texas, San Antonio, Nanette Sanders worked as an office manager for a prominent OBGyn office with responsibility of negotiating physician contracts. She then joined PCA Healthplans of Texas in the marketing department for 2 years before becoming the Director of Provider Relations for Aetna. Nan's responsibilities included contracting for physicians, hospitals and ancillary providers. In 2003, Nan joined the Senior Management Team for Humana Health Care where she had responsibility for Large Groups and Ancillary Providers.

ELAINE JACKSON - VICE PRESIDENT OF CARENET
Elaine is the kind of person every patient wants in their corner. She graduated with her nursing degree from University of Arkansas and worked as a clinical nurse in the hospital setting for 8 years in ICU and CCU. After nursing, she moved into case management for physician office infusion facilities for the last 15 years. Elaine is responsible for CareNet operations overseeing all functions of patient benefits, authorizations, negotiation of charges, and coordination of services.

SUZANNE HAKAR - REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER
A fan of yoga, golf and running, Suzanne brings a healthy twist to healthcare management. She graduated from Colorado State University and holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Speech Communication and Political Science. She holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management. Before working for Corinthian Suzanne worked as a fundraiser for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Executive Director of All Empowered, a nonprofit organization she co-founded. She has been a Corinthian Health Services employee for five years and oversees a number of our infusion facilities.

JEFF LOOMIS - CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER
Jeff participated in the birth of Corinthian over 20 years ago. His background is financial: UT Accounting degree. Public accounting experience. CFO for a large OB/Gyn practice in Austin. Executive Director for Physicians for Women’s Health, an IPA of 57 Austin area OB/Gyns. Most recently he served 12 years as a pastor in Austin, focusing primarily on counseling and caring for those in need. Jeff now brings that kind of heart, passion and strong financial experience to the Corinthian team where he will quarterback all billing and collection efforts.

DONNA LOGAN, RN - DIRECTOR OF NURSING
Donna has over 25 years of nurse management experience in both outpatient and home infusion settings. She holds certifications in Multiple Sclerosis and chemotherapy, and has lectured on various methods of care and maintenance of venus access devies. She previously served as a nurse manager for Corinthian from 2004 - 2008 and most recently served as clinic coordinator for two regarded Oncologists. She's an active member of a local mission organization called First Things First that is committed to the high calling of “service” to God through “service” to others.

Patrick Daugherty - President, Genesis Solutions, International Division of Corinthian Health Services
Mr. Daugherty is the Founder and Managing Partner of Inversion Capital Partners, LP. He is responsible for developing and executing Inversion’s strategic, underwriting and investment initiatives. He has over 22 years of experience in the credit markets. Prior to founding Inversion, Mr. Daugherty managed over $8 billion in assets for Highland Capital Management including levered institutional corporate loans, high yield corporate bonds, credit derivatives, and post-reorganized common equities from 1998 to 2011. He served as Co-head of Research at Highland and Founder and Head of the Stressed, Distressed, and Private Equity Groups. He also was Head of Restructuring for Highland’s $23 billion under management and led restructurings, workouts and turnarounds for over 1,000 stressed and distressed situations. He was the founder, designated Portfolio Manager and Key Man for Highland Restoration Capital Partners, L.P. (a discrete Distressed for Control Private Equity fund), Tunstall Opportunities Fund, L.P. (a target special situations and event-driven fund which opportunistically trades in stressed and distressed debt and stub-equities), and the Highland Crusader Fund, L.P. (a multi-strategy fund with focus on stressed, distressed and stub equity investing). As Team Leader and Senior Portfolio Manager for the Private Equity Group, Mr. Daugherty served on the Board of Directors of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios, Inc., Cornerstone Healthcare Group Holdings, Inc. (as CEO and Chairman), Safety-Kleen Systems, Inc., American Home Patient, Inc. (Chairman), CCS Medical Holding, Inc. (as Chairman), SunCom Wireless Holdings, Inc., Norse Merchant Group, Ltd., Mariner Healthcare, Inc., Tony Roma’s Inc. (Chairman), Trussway Holdings, Inc. (Chairman) and Turtle Bay Holding Company, LLC.

Prior to joining Highland in 1998, Mr. Daugherty was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group at Bank of America where he originated and structured leveraged bank loan and corporate bond transactions from 1993 to 1998. He received a JD from the University of Houston School of Law and a BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been a guest commentator on CNBC and Bloomberg Television and is a frequent speaker at conferences on the subject of Distressed Debt and Private Equity investing.
